NON SURGICAL FACE LIFT

A MINIMALLY INVASIVE TREATMENT FOR ANTI-AGING

This procedure uses thin absorbable threads to lift areas in the face which maybe droopy or sagging. It is minimally invasive, with little down time and provides an alternative to surgical face lifts. 

HOW DOES IT WORK?


The threads themselves have small barbs which help lift the skin in the required direction. The threads then stimulate the formation of new elastin and collagen which improves the elasticity of the skin. The threads dissolve within 3 months, however there lifting effect is ongoing. 


WHAT AREAS CAN BE TREATED?


The face and neck are the most common areas treated however threads can be inserted into many other areas where sagging occurs. 



HOW LONG DOES IT LAST?


Effects can be seen almost immediately however it will take about 1 month the get the full effect which should last up to 1-2 years. 



ARE THERE ANY SIDE EFFECTS?


Local anaesthetic is use to insert the threads so the procedure should not be painful. Bruising , redness and swelling can occur however this tends to resolve within a few days. Like wise any puckering of the skin tends to settle within a week.
